Ability Continues to Improve

With a 97.6% patient satisfaction report, most companies would be content to operate with the status quo. At Ability however, we are trying hard to improve our patients' experience and their awareness of and access to our company.
In May, Ability partnered with 3 Roads Communications (www.3roads.com), an Emmy-award winning media production company, to aid in marketing Ability to the medical and lay communities. 3 Roads has produced a video introduction of Ability and is arranging several publicity events to increase interest in our company among physicians, patients and even investors.
To further improve quality of service and device delivery, we have also hired a quality assurance consultant (www.opresources.com), so we can broaden our strengths and identify any potential weaknesses. In the near future, new Medicare standards may require ABC-facility accredited Orthotic & Prosthetic practices to have and report quality assurance policies and measures. In these two ways, Ability continues to remain ahead of the curve and apart from its competitors.
