Ability Featured in Fortune Small Business Magazine
February 2006
Ability Prosthetics and Orthotics, Inc. was featured in the February issue of Fortune Small Business magazine in the small business makeover section. This section highlights fast-growing businesses, addressing issues related to future expansion and development.
The author of the article, Brian O'Reilly, recruited the expertise of three consultants, Rick Gibson, of Hotventures, a venture capital firm in Tucson, Arizona, Paul Prusakowski, of oandp.com, an orthotics and prosthetics technology firm and Raymond Roberts, of Cairo, a federal government procurement firm who met with Jeffrey Brandt and Jeffrey Quelet in November at their Gettysburg, Pennsylvania office to discuss Ability's progress. "This was a very informative experience," said Jeffrey Quelet, vice president of Ability.
"The advice from these consultants helped us identify Ability's strengths and sharpen our company's future goals," adds Jeffrey Brandt, CEO and President of Ability, "And this endeavor has provided Ability with national exposure."
