Jeff Quelet is an active amputee prosthetist and has one of the most unique perspectives you will find on arguably one of the biggest and most controversial stories of the Olympics — Oscar “Blade Runner” Pistorius.

Oscar Pistorius becomes the first double-amputee to compete at the Olympics when he runs in the first round of the

individual 400 meter. Some critics believe that Oscar has an advantage.
