Ability Expands its Team

Ability Prosthetics & Orthotics, Inc. Continues Growth and Strengthens Resources

Stephanie Morgan Greene, Esq.

Ability Prosthetics and Orthotics, Inc. (Exton, Pennsylvania) is proud to announce Stephanie Morgan Greene, Esq. has joined as Executive Director Compliance. Stephanie has been a part of the DMEPOS industry for over 20 years when she started her career as a respiratory therapist before attending law school. Her experience in all aspects of medical billing, revenue management, and medical necessity coverage requirements brings additional industry expertise and leadership to Ability’s. “We are extremely excited to have Stephanie on the management team.  Her deep experience, industry expertise and compliance management leadership supports the forward leaning approach we take on behalf of our patients every day,” said Jeff Brandt, CEO & Founder.

Stephanie received her Bachelor of Science degree with Distinction (completion of Honors Thesis), Summa Cum Laude, Certified in Respiratory Care, from The Ohio State University. She obtained both her Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician (CRTT) and Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license in the State of Ohio, practicing respiratory care at Children’s Hospital, Columbus Ohio. She then received her Juris Doctorate with Honors, from The Ohio State University School of Law, and member of the Order of Coif, with license to practice law in the State of Ohio.
 

Ramen Landon, BEP, Resident Orthotist

Ability is also proud to announce Ramen Landon, Board Eligible Prosthetist and Resident Orthotist has joined our York, Pennsylvania Patient Care Team. He will complete his Orthotic residency under Marlies Cabell, CPO. “I am thrilled at the opportunity to join the Ability team to provide advanced patient-centric solutions that will allow me to pull from a wealth of clinical, research, and technical exposure. I am blessed to have found a profession that allows me to make a real difference in people’s lives.”

Ramen earned his Master’s in Prosthetics and Orthotics and completed an extensive 18-month Prosthetic residency at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago which included a six-month research rotation and upper limb prosthetic project at the Center for Bionic Medicine within RIC. Ramen’s education and clinical experience will lend itself well to the York Patient Care Center. As Ability expands its territory, Ramen will be a great asset to the Ability Team and York office. Investing in our residency program is an ongoing strategic initiative at Ability and Ramen brings to us a robust education, deep prosthetics clinical residency experience and a desire to learn and grow through his orthotics residency.  “We look forward to advancing his career and the care of the patients in York, Pennsylvania as Ramen deepens his clinical skills,” said Jeff Quelet, Clinical Management Officer.
