Ability Prosthestics and Orthotics, Inc., is pleased to announce that Wendy A. Carter, LPN, CFoM, Director of Clinical Operations for Symmetry, a division of Ability Prosthetics and Orthotics, participated in the Essentially Women’s Focus on the Future 11th annual educational conference and tradeshow on April 4 through 6 in Glendale, Arizona.

The Focus on the Future event features manufacturers and distributors of women’s health care products.  Not only are new products introduced at the tradeshow, the event also provides a platform for networking among and education for providers.

“I am thrilled Symmetry was involved with the Focus on the Future event,” says Wendy.  “Not only did I have the opportunity to learn about topics such as effective sales and marketing, customer service, billing and reimbursement, and best practices, I was also able to represent Symmetry and to raise awareness about the breast form options women have post mastectomy.”

“Custom breast forms are healthcare products that could be overlooked,” says Jeffrey M. Brandt, CPO and COO of Ability Prosthetics & Orthotics,  “We are glad Symmetry was represented, as our custom breast solutions are offered to patients presenting to any of the Ability ten patient care offices, in Pennsylvania, Maryland, North Carolina and Kentucky.”
