Ability Achieves Satisfaction Success

April 2006

Ability Prosthetics and Orthotics achieves a 97.6% over-all patient satisfaction score on service provided within the first two years of practice.

In accordance with quality assurance measures; patients submit a questionnaire rating their experiences with Ability. Patients are encouraged to comment on all aspects of their care, including ease of making appointments, product satisfaction and staff courtesy. Of those patients returning the survey, 100% stated they'd recommend Ability to others for orthotic and prosthetic care.

Jeffrey M. Brandt, CPO and President, believes these high scores are due largely to Ability's education-based approach. "We work tirelessly in our efforts to educate our patients and those individuals who participate in the care of our patients." Mr. Brandt states, "This is what sets Ability apart from other O & P companies."

"While we are extremely happy with our patients' responses," says Jeffrey T. Quelet, CPO and Vice President, "we will continue to strive for an overall satisfaction score of 100%!"
