Ability Adds to the Team
June 2006
Beginning in June, there will be three new people joining the Ability team.
T. Clayton Barrow, a previous intern at Ability in 2005, will be returning to the company as an Orthotic Resident, as he has just completed his formal orthotics training at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine. "I am eager to work at Ability in a new role," states Clay, so I can apply what I have learned at school to real clinical cases." Clay will be rotating through all three Ability offices, fulfilling the requirements of the one year residency.
Manning Ability's new Frederick office will be certified Orthotist/Prosthetist John P. Jacobs. John comes to the Frederick area from Kentucky, where he was a practitioner at a local company. "Ability is a great company." comments John, "I feel fortunate to be part of such a progressive operation."
Joining John in Frederick will be Kim Wivell, office coordinator. Kim has 21 years experience in an administrative role in the allied health field. "I am excited to open this new chapter in my professional life, "states Kim, "I am up for the challenge!"
The addition of these three members to our staff underscores the recent growth at Ability and our commitment to hire quality people. Individuals interested in employment opportunities should forward cover letter and resume to jobs@abilitypo.com.
